About the Role
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role (sales, customer service)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM software preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Contact potential customers via phone, email or other methods to generate interest in our services
- Answer customer inquiries about our services and schedule appointments accordingly
- Coordinate with team to ensure smooth handover of leads and booked appointments
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments in a timely manner using company software or tools
- Update calendar of appointment availability regularly and communicate any changes to the sales team in a timely manner
- Follow up with potential customers who have requested quotes or information about our services
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for increasing lead generation and conversion rates
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding their scheduled appointment
