Service Description

Comprehensive toilet installation including connection to existing electrical, water supply, and drain lines. Our experts level and secure the unit, verify the operation cycle, and perform a full leak check. Please note that material costs are extra and a $75 dispatch charge applies.


Cancellation Policy

By accepting this invoice / estimate you are agreeing to the project and our Terms and Conditions. Invoices: The Business will invoice the Client before completion of milestone(s) or the Project, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project. Deposits: A deposit of $50 or 40% "Whichever Is Greater" is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled up to 24hrs before your appointment. Rescheduling can be accommodated "1 time" up to two weeks after your original appointment. Any appointments rescheduled additionally will require an additional deposit, All previous deposits are non refundable. Materials: The customer agrees that if their job material cost exceeds $100.00 "THEIR JOB DEPOSIT SHALL INCLUDE ALL MATERIAL COST PLUS 40% OF LABOR." If the customer has to cancel their job less than 24 hours of the scheduled start time they will be refunded all their deposit minus processing fees and any non returnable material cost for the cancellation fee. Payment methods: Payment will be made to the Business via cash, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business. No Refunds: The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s)/services are defective and that claim is made within 10 days from the date of delivery/completion. Warranty: All labor is backed by a 1 year labor only warranty. If repairs made by our technician is defective, we will make all reasonable attempts to correct it. Minimum Service Charge: A1 Nerdy Homes LLC has a minimum service charge of $200 plus tax if applicable. The customer agrees and understands that this charge is the absolute minimum that they will be billed for a job per visit to the job site. All Sales are final: If you are not completely satisfied with the work completed or services provided, you can contact us within 90 days to discuss a resolution. No refunds will be provided for the work completed or services performed under this contract. Services or work completed are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for 90 days.
